Delete your HappyBite account

You can request deletion of your HappyBite account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete in the app

If you have access to the HappyBite app, you can delete your account directly from within the app by going to your profile or account settings and selecting the delete account option.

Delete by email request

If you cannot access the app or prefer to contact us directly, you can request account deletion by emailing info@happybiteapp.com from the email address connected to your HappyBite account.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your account email address
  • Whether your account is a customer account or merchant account
  • The subject line: Delete my HappyBite account

What happens after you submit a request

We will review your request and begin the deletion process after verifying account ownership.

When your account is deleted

  • Your HappyBite account will be permanently deactivated
  • Your profile and account-related personal data will be deleted or anonymized where applicable
  • You will no longer be able to access past orders, saved preferences, or merchant account features linked to that account

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, payment, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.
